Terms of service
These terms govern your use of SuperNX, the tolerance-chain analysis service at nxtolerance.com. By creating an account, uploading a part, or subscribing, you accept them. If you are evaluating on behalf of a company, the company is bound by them.
The service
SuperNX analyses Siemens NX part files (.prt): it extracts geometry and assembly interfaces, assigns fits from published tolerance standards, runs worst-case and statistical stack-up checks, and returns a report plus a toleranced model. Analysis runs consume credits; a demo mode needs no upload and no credits.
Accounts
- Sign-in is via Google Firebase. Keep your credentials to yourself and your account information accurate.
- One account per person or entity. Workspace plans may share an account's seat per the plan you buy.
- You must be able to form a binding contract where you live.
Billing
- Paid plans are sold by Creem, our merchant of record: Creem processes the payment, collects applicable taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax) and issues the receipt. Your card statement may show CREEM* plus the product name — that is this subscription.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Each paid period grants a block of analysis credits as shown on the pricing page or your plan receipt. Failed runs — a crash, a timeout, an analysis that errored before delivering — refund their credits automatically; you are never charged for compute that produced nothing.
- Something wrong with a charge? Email support@nxtolerance.com within 14 days and we will make it right. For anything payment-side (a duplicate charge, a card problem) Creem support can also help from the receipt email.
Your content and ours
- Your parts stay yours. You keep all rights in files you upload and in the reports and models the service produces for you. We claim no ownership and only process them to provide the service — we do not use them to train models, share them, or sell them. Details and the retention schedule live on the security page.
- Our service stays ours. The software, models, design and site content are ours. Do not copy the service, probe its internals beyond normal use, or resell access.
Acceptable use
- Upload only files you own or are authorised to process.
- No unlawful content, no attempts to break or overload the service, no scraping of other users' data.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the service; abuse-free cancellation never needs a reason.
Engineering responsibility
SuperNX is an analysis assistant, not a licensed engineer. Outputs are computational checks against published tolerance standards — useful, but not a substitute for professional engineering review. Verify results before they drive manufacturing, safety, or contractual decisions.
Disclaimers and liability
- The service is provided as is, without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ending the relationship
Delete analyses from the workspace any time; delete the account by emailing privacy@nxtolerance.com — that removes account data and stored outputs per the privacy policy. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
Changes
If these terms change materially, the effective date above moves and the change is announced on this page before it applies to renewals.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, where the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
